The Amish Teacher's GiftBy Rachel J GoodRachel J Good gives us an extraordinary look into a special needs Amish school in her new book, The Amish Teacher's Gift. While the story centers around the mutual interest between the two main characters Ada and Josiah, the children are the real stars of the novel touching your heart and pulling you deeper into the story. As a former special education teacher, I can say that this book is well researched in both classroom settings and teaching methods used. Rachel has done a fabulous job in bringing the special needs children to life along with some other delightful characters!!I didn't want this book to end and it's such a joy to know that there will be another book on the way!!Although, I didn't like the sneak preview at the end of the book bc to me that seems to ruin the 2nd book for me.I like to look forward to a book and I will admit that the cover of this book drew me to want to read the book!I love A [...]

I Loved The Amish Teacher's Gift by Rachel J. Good. I didn't want to put it down once I started reading it. A wonderful clean romance. He feels like his child hates him but can't figure it out till the new teacher keeps at it till she figures out why. Ada is beginning to care for Josiah but she has a secret from her pass that she feels no one will ever want her for a wife. What guy wo [...]

Precious story of a young teacher who cares deeply for her scholars. Extraordinary circumstances and very special families are brought together with the love of this teacher and her devotion. Each scholar has their own diagnosis and each family handles that diagnosis uniquely. This is a heart warming story. I received a copy of this book from the author and this is my personal opinion.

I can't even begin to describe how much I loved this book. Rachel Good creates such memorable, lovable characters. The story deals with special needs children, and Rachel does such a fantastic job with them. She also obviously does her research because her Amish details were spot on and her descriptions of the setting were phenomenal. I highly recommend this book to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed The Amish Teacher's Gift! I was excited to use this touching story as part of my Book Nerd 2018 challenge (for a book with a female protagonist). It was a great read about life, love and blended families under interesting circumstances. If you're looking for an inspirational read then make sure you pre-order this book today!

Astonishing read, Rachel J. Good wrote a emotional yet comforting book. I was blown away with the character of Ada who is a teacher for kids with special needs in the Amish community and she was beautiful soul born to have patients with each and every one of them. I loved every thing about her! Josiah he had me stuck for a bit but in the end I loved how he became a new man and showed his true colors instead of hiding them away. I understood due to his past but when he came around I fell in love [...]

The Amish Teacher's Gift is the furst book written by Racbel J. Good in her Love and Promises series. This book is one of the most amazingly heartwarming books that I have read. I loved this story because of all the children with disabilities that got the attention and love they so deserved from their teacher.I enjoyed getting to know the characters in this story immensley especially Ada and Josiah. There was no obstacle to big that would prevent Ada, the teacher, to get what her students needed [...]
