Oh dear. Very few books that I have read and recorded on have had a rating of one. This one barely deserved even that. I didn't realize it was a Harlequin, to begin with. But, it actually bore little resemblance to a romance novel. Probably the only reason it made it to a one rating. I really tried, I did, to figure out what the heck was going on. The more I read, the worse it got. It made no sense whatsoever. A love a good book, with the main character a newborn, not this one.

Well, I like the fact that it's a kind of story where family, friendship, and responsibility are all tied-up together to face the difficult situation. But the story itself is just too mainstream for me. I don't know? Maybe I am just fond of reading these kind of books when I was a child. Like a fairytale.

It started out great then fizzled. I think I missed some of the books that were 'related' to this one though, and when that happens it's like you are lost or missing prior knowledge and I really felt that.

WowAll i have to say is that this series went out with a bang!p.s I only read one other book in this series.
